Call Setter (Australian English) – Part-Time or Full-Time

We’re looking for a Call Setter to join our team! If you’re a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people and building relationships over the phone, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
Call potential clients to qualify leads and set appointments.
Have natural conversations to build rapport and assess interest.
Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduled appointments.
Collaborate directly with the CEO to ensure smooth follow-ups.
Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed to support the organization.

What We’re Looking For:
Native Australian English speaker with excellent communication skills.
Experienced and good with appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales.
Experienced in writing call scripts and refining messaging based on feedback.
Ability to conduct interviews with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to collect relevant details.
Ability to handle objections, think on your feet, and keep conversations engaging.
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
Quiet working environment with a stable internet connection.

Work hours: Must be available between 9 AM – 6 PM AEDT (Part-time or full-time).
