About the Role
At ---------- , we are redefining how homeowners and contractors source high-quality cabinetry. We are seeking a talented Cabinet Design Associate to join our remote team in the Philippines. In this role, you will leverage your design expertise to help customers visualize and finalize their dream kitchens. You will work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure every design meets our high standards and the customer's specific needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design Support: Assist customers in finalizing their layouts and providing expert feedback on cabinet selections using 20/20 Design software or similar CAD tools.
- Sales Conversion: Guide prospective customers through the technical aspects of their projects to help them confidently complete their purchases (and earn commissions in the process!).
- Customer Advocacy: Provide a "white-glove" experience by answering design-related inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work with the support team to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment based on your designs.

What We’re Looking For
- Cabinetry Expertise: Professional experience in the kitchen and bath industry is required. You should know the difference between overlay and inset, and RTA vs. pre-assembled. Candidates with specific experience working with North American RTA cabinets are highly preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in 20/20 Design (or similar CAD software) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You can explain complex installation details to a DIYer or a contractor with ease.
- Availability: Must be able to work US business hours reliably.
