What you’ll be doing
1. Running the Team: You’ll lead a growing team (starting with just one person and scaling to 10+). You’ll manage day-to-day operations and serve as our main operations leader in the Philippines.
2. Training & SOPs: You’ll train your team, set up clear processes, and create SOPs (step-by-step playbooks) to make sure everything runs smoothly and consistently.
3. Supporting Growth: You’ll mentor tea ---------- mbers, help them sharpen their skills, and guide them toward becoming future leaders in the company.
4. Working Together: You’ll partner with our Head of CX/Ops in the US to stay aligned with company goals and keep communication flowing across teams.
5. Driving Results: You’ll set goals, track KPIs, and coach the team to hit targets—while keeping everyone motivated and accountable.
6. HAVE FUN at our team building events in BGC with our Beverly Hills & Manila team. We're talking about haunted houses, yoga, muay thai, painting, korean bbq, rooftop happy hours, dancing, and karaoke!
