+ JOB OVERVIEW :
SmartSites is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional client support and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
As a key point of contact for our clients, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on SmartSites' services. If you are passionate about customer experience, troubleshooting, and building relationships, this role is for you!
+ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution
Respond to customer inquiries via
Provide solutions to technical, billing, and service-related issues.
Troubleshoot common digital marketing and website issues.
+ Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service.
- Assist customers in understanding and maximizing their marketing services.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the product & marketing teams.
+ Process Improvement & Reporting
Identify recurring customer issues and propose solutions to reduce complaints.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
+ REQUIREMENTS :
- 2+ years of customer support experience (preferably in digital marketing or tech industry).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written & verbal).
- Familiarity with CRM software (Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
+ COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :
- Base Salary: $10,000 - $30,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Performance Bonuses: Up to 15% of base salary based on customer satisfaction & response time metrics
