?? What You’ll Be Doing
Active Multitasking: Confidently speak with clients on the phone while simultaneously taking detailed notes and updating live calendars in real-time.

Logistics & Calendar Coordination: Take complete control of complex appointment calendars, ensuring slots are optimized and itineraries are aligned perfectly.

Data Mastery: Utilize Google Sheets and Excel with 100?curacy to track inbound leads, update pipeline statuses, and manage daily schedules.

Proactive Executive Support: Don't just wait for a task list. Look ahead at the week to anticipate operational bottlenecks and fix them before they happen.

???? Position Requirements
Strong, verifiable background in Customer Service (CSR) or Sales Support/Assistance.

Advanced, expert-level comfort with Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, formatting, and data organization).

Total availability to work dedicated US Pacific Time (PST) business hours.
