JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Landing Page Developer to work with us on an on-call basis.

This is not a full-time position. Instead, we are looking for someone we can rely on whenever we need landing pages built, existing pages optimized, A/B tests launched, or conversion issues diagnosed.

What You'll Do
Build high-converting landing pages
Optimize existing Shopify pages for better conversion rates
Implement CRO recommendations
Create and manage A/B tests
Improve page speed, user experience, and mobile performance
Analyze customer behavior and identify conversion bottlenecks
Work with our marketing team to improve campaign performance

Requirements
Proven experience in CRO and landing page optimization
Strong understanding of conversion psychology and user behavior
Experience with Shopify
Experience with page builders such as Replo, GemPages, PageFly, Shogun, or similar
Understanding of heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics tools
Ability to independently identify issues and recommend improvements
Strong portfolio showing measurable conversion improvements
Ideal Candidate
Has worked with DTC/eCommerce brands
Understands paid traffic funnels
Can quickly jump into projects with minimal supervision
Focuses on results and revenue impact, not just design
Engagement Type
On-Call / Project-Based
Paid per project or hourly, depending on scope
Long-term relationship preferred for ongoing optimization work
