CRO Implementation Lead (Tech + Strategy Hybrid)

The Role
You’re the bridge between strategy, design, and development. You understand how websites work and you know how to work with designers and developers to bring an idea to live. You will be working with Strategists (to provide you with directions/ ideas), designers (to create mockups) and developers (to build the AB tests).
In short: You take CRO ideas from Strategists and turn them into execution-ready tests, refining the copy, resolving technical constraints, briefing designers clearly, and owning the experiment end-to-end, from go-live through to post-test analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Design Briefing: Translate hypotheses into execution-ready briefs for designers and provide polished copy. Consider test targeting, website constraints, opportunities, and all things about implementations before sending a brief to designers.
CRO Opportunity Ownership: Own and maintain the CRO opportunity pipeline in Airtable. Prioritise ideas based on evidence, strategic impact, and feasibility.
Results & Learning Capture: Update Airtable with outcomes, learnings, and next opportunities. Produce clear, concise test wrap-ups that explain why something worked or didn’t.
Production Flow Management: Keep 15–20 tests moving simultaneously. Track progress in Asana, unblock delivery, and ensure ---------- ntum from idea ? design ? dev ? live ? learning.
Client-Facing Updates: Handle routine client communication: weekly updates, launch confirmations, and test summaries. Respond to tactical questions clearly and confidently.
Founder Alignment: Join weekly review calls with the founders to align on priorities, rationale, and sequencing — bringing recommendations, not status reports.

What You Won’t Do
Design or finalise mock-ups in Figma (designer handles this).
QA or writing codes for tests (dev and QA handle this).

Must Have
1+ year of experience in CRO
Strong technical mindset (you understand how websites/platforms work and can think like a developer).
Good grasp of UX + copywriting principles
Comfortable with Airtable, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Convert (or similar testing platforms).
Able to package insights in a structured way (numbers + screenshots + rationale).
Project management experience (Asana or similar).
Excellent written and verbal English; confident with client updates.
Autonomous, detail-oriented, proactive.
Curious and analytical mindset — always asking “why did this work / not work?”
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to improve workflow efficiency.

Big plus
Shopify / DTC experience.
Hands-on Convert experience.
Strong A/B testing knowledge and interpreting test data.
