JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based performance growth partner working with home service companies. We scale our clients through paid acquisition, sales optimization, and full-funnel growth systems. We bring e-commerce-level marketing rigor into an industry that has been operating a decade behind.

We're hiring a CRO Expert to own conversion rate optimization across our client portfolio. Your job is to find every drop-off point in the funnel — from ad click to booked appointment — and systematically test, optimize, and lift conversion at every stage.

You'll be working on landing pages, lead forms, quiz funnels, booking flows, and the entire user journey from cold traffic to scheduled in-home consultation. Every percentage point you lift in conversion translates directly to client revenue, which is exactly the kind of impact we measure and reward.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO:**

- Audit landing pages, lead forms, quiz funnels, and booking flows across all client accounts
- Identify drop-off points using heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, GA4, etc.)
- Build a structured CRO testing roadmap with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and prioritization
- Design and launch A/B tests on headlines, hooks, offers, form layouts, button placement, social proof, and page structure
- Optimize lead forms — field count, qualification questions, multi-step vs. single-step, mobile vs. desktop
- Improve quiz funnels and lead magnets for higher opt-in and qualification rates
- Optimize Thank You pages, confirmation flows, and post-booking experience
- Work directly with copywriters, designers, and developers to ship test variants quickly
- Track and report on conversion rates at every stage: ad click ? landing page ? lead ? booked appointment ? confirmed appointment
- Maintain a CRO testing log — every test documented with hypothesis, result, and learning
- Recommend funnel architecture improvements based on user behavior data

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:**

- 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience for lead-gen or e-commerce funnels
- Proven track record lifting conversion rates — you can point to specific tests, before/after numbers, and revenue impact
- Deep knowledge of landing page builders: Unbounce, Instapage, Leadpages, GoHighLevel, Funnelytics, Webflow, or similar
- Fluent in CRO analysis tools: Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology, statistical significance, and test prioritization frameworks (ICE, PIE, etc.)
- Sharp eye for UX, copy, and design — you understand why pages convert, not just what to test
- Comfortable working with copywriters and designers to ship variants — you give clear, decisive creative feedback
- Strong written and spoken English — you'll be communicating directly with U.S. tea ---------- mbers
- Analytical and methodical — you think in conversion rates, statistical confidence, and incremental lift
- Self-starter who can operate with full autonomy
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and ability to overlap with U.S. business hours
- No ego. Humble, hungry, and willing to dig into the messy work of testing and iteration

**BONUS POINTS:**

- Experience with home services, local services, or lead-gen funnels specifically
- Experience optimizing quiz funnels ( ---------- , Outgrow, Typeform, ---------- )
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel funnel building and automation
- Basic HTML, CSS, or no-code dev skills for rapid landing page edits
- Experience working with paid media teams (Meta, Google, TikTok) on creative-to-landing-page alignment
- Background in DTC or e-commerce CRO (we bring e-com principles into home services)
- Experience with multivariate testing, not just basic A/B
- Knowledge of mobile-first design and conversion best practices

$1,200 – $2,500 USD/month + performance bonuses tied to conversion lift and client results
