The Opportunity

We're looking for a CRM Systems Expert/Manager who isn't just looking for a job but a career that aligns with a purpose. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our CRM systems to enhance our operations and empower our teams across sales, acquisitions, and dispositions. Key Responsibilities

System Optimization: Dive deep into our existing CRM platforms to unleash their full potential, ensuring they work not just correctly, but optimally.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales reps, acquisitions, and dispositions managers to tailor the CRM system to their needs, enabling them to excel in their roles.
Training and Support: Develop and lead comprehensive training sessions to ensure all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are proficient and confident in using the CRM tools.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze CRM data to drive improvements, reporting back to senior management with insights and action plans.
Strategic Input: Contribute to strategic discussions on how the CRM system can support business objectives, including scaling operations and entering new markets.
Desired Skills and Experience

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in CRM system management, preferably with multiple systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical mindset with a knack for identifying trends and making data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex systems in simple terms.
A proactive, results-driven approach, with a track record of exceeding goals.
