### **Position Summary:**
We're looking for a results-driven **CRM Specialist** with **experience in surplus funds recovery** to manage and execute outreach campaigns using **Excess Elite CRM**. You will be responsible for organizing leads, skip tracing, automating outreach, setting appointments, managing follow-ups, and ensuring no lead slips through the cracks.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and optimize all contacts and lead pipelines inside **Excess Elite CRM**
- Organize and categorize leads provided to you (by county, stage, response, etc.)
- Skip trace using **Skipify.ai** to locate phone numbers,
- Automate direct mail campaigns using **
- Set up and manage **RVM (Ringless Voi
- Set and confirm appointments with interested claimants
- Follow up on warm and cold leads consistently to move them through the pipeline
- Report weekly metrics (appointments booked, leads contacted, deals closed, etc.)
- Work closely with founder to refine scripts, automation flows, and strategy
- Perform other small admin and CRM-related tasks to ensure leads are well-managed

### **Required Experience & Skills:**
- Proven experience in **surplus funds recovery**
- Strong knowledge of **Excess Elite CRM** (or similar CRMs)
- Experience with **Skipify.ai** or similar skip tracing tools
- Familiarity with **direct mail platforms like Stannp**
- Knowledge of **RVM**, **SMS campaigns**, and appointment setting strategies
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and close deals
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
