About the Role
We're a fast-growing mortgage broker company based in Salt Lake City, Utah, recruiting experienced loan officers across the country. We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented VA to manage our CRM (Bonzo) and help us book Zoom appointments with prospective loan officers.
Responsibilities
List Management – Import and organize lead lists into Bonzo from our database tool (MMI); ensure data is clean and properly tagged
Campaign Deployment – Launch pre-built
Inbox & Message Management – Monitor and respond to replies across
Appointment Booking – Qualify interested leads and schedule Zoom calls directly on Corbin's calendar (Google Calendar)
CRM Hygiene – Keep contact records updated; tag, segment, and move leads through pipeline stages accurately
Reporting – Provide brief daily or weekly updates on campaign activity, replies, and appointments booked
Requirements
Prior experience with a CRM (Bonzo or Go High Level experience a big plus, but not required)
Strong written English — professional, clear, and conversational
Comfortable with repetitive data tasks and following SOPs closely
Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
Available during overlap hours with Mountain Time (flexible, but some overlap required)
Nice to Have
Background in mortgage, real estate, or financial services
Experience booking appointments or working in a sales support role
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Gmail)
What Success Looks Like
Leads are imported, sequenced, and followed up on without dropping the ball
Replies are handled promptly and professionally
Zoom appointments are consistently booked on Corbin's calendar each week
