Position Summary:
As a CRM (HubSpot) Developer at Genesis Solar Power, you will manage the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring that all solar renewable energy credits (SRECs) are accurately tracked in the states we operate in. You will verify sales proposals and submissions to confirm that only clean, valid deals that benefit the homeowner (HO) are submitted to the team. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting our state and federal compliance initiatives as we expand into new markets. This is an opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in HubSpot and make a significant impact in the fast-paced solar industry.


Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management:
• Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM system to track all solar renewable energy credits (SRECs) in relevant states.
• Ensure the CRM is updated with accurate, timely data to support compliance and tracking requirements.
- Sales Proposal Verification:
• Review and verify all sales proposals and submissions to ensure only clean, compliant deals are submitted for processing.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback and ensure alignment with company standards.
- Compliance Support:
• Assist with state and federal compliance initiatives as Genesis Solar Power expands into new regions.
• Ensure that all CRM data and processes align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain detailed records of all SRECs, deal submissions, and compliance reports.
• Provide regular updates to the sales and operations teams on CRM performance and compliance metrics.
- Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, compliance) to ensure seamless processes and high-quality deal submissions.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders as needed to support compliance initiatives and verify deals.


Qualifications:
- Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing HubSpot CRM or a similar system.
• Experience in solar energy, renewable energy credits (SRECs), or a related field is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM tools, customization, and workflows.
• Must have personal computer equipment and reliable internet access.
- Language Skills:
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Work Hours:
• Flexible schedule, with preference for availability until 12 noon Central Time (USA).

• Strong knowledge of Hubspot CRM and its optimization.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail, ensuring compliance and clean deal submissions.
• Ability to manage and verify multiple sales proposals with accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, able to collaborate with remote teams.
