What You’ll Do:
- Manage and optimize our GroundHogg CRM system to streamline workflows, track leads, and nurture B2B relationships with precision.
- Design, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns that grab attention and convert prospects into clients—think compelling subject lines, persuasive copy, and flawless delivery.
- Lead cold emailing initiatives, from crafting personalized outreach messages to managing follow-ups, all while adhering to best practices for deliverability and engagement.
- Collect, clean, and organize B2B prospect data to build targeted email lists that fuel our outreach efforts—accuracy and strategy are key here.
- Collaborate with a veteran marketer (30+ years in the game!) to refine processes, brainstorm creative solutions, and implement cutting-edge strategies.
- Harness the power of AI and automation to supercharge efficiency—whether it’s segmenting audiences, scheduling campaigns, or analyzing performance metrics.
- Work with some of the best tools in the industry (we’ll spill the details in the interview) to stay ahead of the curve and deliver measurable results.
- Occasionally dip your toes into WordPress-related tasks, integrating CRM tools like Upgrade to see actual info and WPFusion to create a seamless marketing ecosystem.

Who You Are:
- You’ve got proven experience in B2B outreach—cold emailing isn’t just something you’ve heard of; it’s something you’ve mastered.
- You’re a CRM pro with hands-on experience managing systems (bonus points if you’ve worked with GroundHogg or similar platforms).
- Cold emailing is your superpower—you know how to source emails, craft messages that get opened, and follow up without being pushy.
- Data collection doesn’t scare you—you’re comfortable finding, verifying, and organizing B2B prospect info like a detective on a mission.
- You’ve used AI and automation tools to make your work smarter, not harder—think Zapier, email schedulers, or AI-driven insights.
- You’re a problem-solver who loves cracking the code on what works (Vanessa Van Edwards would call this your “decoder” superpower).
- You’re self-motivated, organized, and ready to thrive in a remote role while syncing up with US hours.
- WordPress experience? Awesome. Familiarity with WPFusion and Upgrade to see actual info? You’re already a step ahead.

What We’re Looking For (The Must-Haves):
- At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B outreach, CRM management, and email marketing.
- A track record of successful cold email campaigns—show us you’ve gotten results.
- Comfort with data collection tools and techniques for building B2B email lists (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upgrade to see actual info, or similar).
- Experience leveraging AI and automation to boost productivity and performance.
- Strong written communication skills—your emails need to persuade and your reports need to inform.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying aligned with team goals.
- Willingness to work US hours (we’re talking 9 AM - 5 PM EST or similar).

The Nice-to-Haves (These Will Make You Stand Out):
- Hands-on experience with GroundHogg CRM and/or WPFusion—familiarity with these tools will put you at the top of our list.
- WordPress skills—whether it’s managing plugins, tweaking settings, or integrating marketing tools.
- A knack for analyzing campaign data and turning insights into action (think Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, or email performance metrics).
