CRM Database Coordinator

Position Overview:
The CRM Database Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and expanding The College Tour's higher education CRM database. This role focuses on identifying, verifying, and updating key admissions, enrollment, marketing, communications, and executive leadership contacts at colleges, universities, community colleges, trade schools, and career institutions.
The primary objective is to ensure The College Tour maintains the most accurate and up-to-date higher education contact database possible, beginning with institutions across the United States and expanding internationally over time.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and verify institutional contact information for colleges, universities, community colleges, trade schools, summer programs and career-focused institutions.
- Identify and update key decision-makers primarily in Admissions, Enrollment Management, Marketing and Communications, Presidents and Executive Leadership (Athletic and student affairs contacts when applicable)
- Add new institutions, contacts, and organizations into Pipedrive CRM.
- Maintain accurate records including names, titles, email addresses, phone numbers, websites, and LinkedIn profiles when available.
- Audit and update existing CRM records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Remove duplicate records and maintain CRM data integrity.
- Track progress and report weekly database growth and update metrics.

Success Metrics:
- Number of institutions updated per week - goal is ---------- . We will provide a clear road map - going state by state.
- Accuracy and completeness of contact records
- CRM data cleanliness and reduction of duplicate records

Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Pipedrive preferred).
- Ability to efficiently locate and verify professional contact information online.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and repetitive data-entry tasks.
- Strong internet research and data validation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet weekly targets.

Preferred Experience:
- CRM management or database administration.
- Experience with LinkedIn, institutional websites, and contact discovery tools.
- Familiarity with data quality and CRM best practices.
