We’re looking for a CRM Co-Ordinator who’s passionate about building meaningful client journeys and staying connected with our clients through regular check-ins and thoughtful touchpoints. In this role, you’ll go beyond managing data; you’ll create lasting relationships by contacting clients to ensure they feel valued, informed, and well-supported throughout their client journey.
Schedule
4 hours for part-time or 8-hours for full-time
Responsibilities
-Proactive Client Outreach: Regularly call and or text to touch base with clients to ensure they feel valued, informed, and supported throughout their journey.
-Develop, Track and Execute CRM Campaigns: Design, implement, and optimize customer journeys to drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction through Lofty.
-Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our team to ensure a cohesive approach to client interactions.
-Enhance CRM Systems: Leverage Lofty’s tools to improve user experience, streamline processes, and personalize communications.
Requirements
-Proven experience in a CRM or customer experience role.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. (oral and written communication)
-Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences.
Pay : Pay based on experience, plus incentives and bonuses for successful sale
