We are looking for an experienced CRM & Automation Specialist to help us set up and optimise a CRM system for a growing service-based business.
This role is NOT for general VAs or people “learning” CRMs. We need someone who understands sales pipelines, automations, reporting, and integrations.

MUST have real-world experience setting up CRMs from scratch
MUST understand sales pipelines, deal stages, and lead tracking
MUST have experience with automations, triggers, and workflows
MUST have experience integrating CRMs with websites and job management software
MUST be responsive and reliable
MUST be able to work at a fast pace and follow instructions

Key Responsibilities
Set up a CRM structure (pipelines, stages, folders, tags, custom fields)
Integrate website enquiry forms into the CRM
Integrate CRM with our job management software
Build automations and triggers, such as:
New lead ? pipeline stage
Status changes ? tasks, notifications, or follow-ups
Job won/lost ? reporting updates
Create clear customer and sales reports, including:
Lead source tracking
Conversion rates
Sales pipeline visibility
Performance reporting
What We’re Looking For
Someone who thinks in systems and workflows
Someone who understands how sales actually work, not just software
Someone who can recommend best practices, not just follow instructions
Someone comfortable documenting processes and setups
Tools & Experience (Highly Regarded)
Experience with CRMs such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
Experience with Zapier, Make, or native CRM automations
Experience integrating with job management platforms (ServiceM8, Jobber, simPRO, etc.)
Understanding of service-based businesses is a big plus
