We are looking for a diligent, experienced, well versed CPA, Tax and Tax Planning specialist. He will be leading, mentor and groom a growing tax preparation team; review their work during tax season. Off Tax Season he/she will be working on developing the existing team, and expanding by finding great talent. Attention to Detail – Tax laws are complex, and small mistakes can lead to compliance issues or financial penalties. A tax reviewer must carefully check calculations, deductions, and documentation for accuracy. Lots of Experience on complex Tax returns and especially Partnerships Tax Returns.

Strong Analytical Skills – Reviewing tax returns requires interpreting financial data, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. A sharp analytical mindset helps spot errors and optimize tax positions.
