Real Estate Acquisition Specialist (Cold Calling)

Remote | Long-Term | High-Growth Opportunity

Compensation: $1000 USD / month base

About the Role

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate investment company specializing in Airbnb arbitrage and corporate housing partnerships. We work directly with landlords and property managers to secure long-term leases for professionally managed short-term rentals.

We are looking for a hungry, confident Real Estate Acquisition Specialist who thrives on the phone, knows how to control conversations, and wants to grow with a serious company not bounce from gig to gig.

This is a long-term role with real upside for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing

Outbound Calling & Deal Sourcing
Call U.S. landlords, property managers, and building owners daily
Confidently present our partnership model and value proposition
Overcome objections and qualify serious opportunities
Lead Qualification & Follow-Ups
Identify decision-makers and decision-ready properties
Book follow-up conversations for our acquisitions team
Maintain clean notes and lead status tracking
Lead List Building
Research and build targeted landlord & property manager lists
Focus on specific U.S. markets with high deal potential
Tracking & Reporting
Log calls, outcomes, and notes in Google Sheets / CRM
Submit daily KPIs and brief progress updates

Who This Is For

You sound professional, confident, and natural in English
You’ve done cold calling, appointment setting, or sales
You’re results-driven, not afraid of rejection
You can follow a script and think on your feet
You want stability, growth, and long-term upside

Real estate experience is a plus but mindset and execution matter more.

Requirements

Excellent spoken & written English
Proven cold calling or sales experience
Strong online research skills
Reliable internet, computer, and quiet workspace
Comfortable using Google Sheets & basic CRM tools

Work Schedule
