In response, we are opening this Management Trainee position. This is a high-speed pathway designed for ambitious individuals who want to reach senior leadership by first building a foundation of operational excellence.
This is not a rigid corporate graduate program. It is hands-on, entrepreneurial, and fast-moving. You will learn by solving real problems, making operational decisions, and coordinating our remote team.
The Goal: For exceptional performers, this journey leads directly to an Associate Director-level position. The timeline is flexible—it could take two years, or for the right person, significantly less. As you progress through these milestones and take on more of responsibilities, your income will increase to reflect your growing value.
The Role & Progression
- You will gradually gain full-spectrum exposure to the business, including:
- Stakeholder Management: Communicating with property owners and local partners.
- Operational Leadership: Managing workflows and coordinating our remote team (Manager, CS, Admin, and Accounts).
- Systems & Automation: Tracking KPIs and leveraging AI to replace manual friction points.
- End-to-End Ownership: Moving from learning the processes to independently improving and scaling them.
