The Vision
We are a growing Short-Term Rental (STR) management team based in Perth, currently managing a portfolio of short-term rental properties. We are looking for a powerhouse leader to take total ownership of operations and work alongside our current Manager to drive the business forward.

The Role: Total Ownership
This is a role for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives in high-pressure environments and treats the business with a founder's mindset. You will manage the P&L, lead the team, and ensure every facet of the business runs flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison for all property owners and our sales team in Perth.

Operational Leadership: Manage our existing remote team (Manager, Customer Service, Manager's Assistant, Admin, and Accounts).

End-to-End Ownership: Learn every facet of the operation, solve operational friction points, monitor team performance, and build out robust KPIs.

Who You Are:
- You have a background in operations management or previous entrepreneurial experience.
- You possess a high level of financial literacy and experience managing P&Ls.
- You are tech-fluent and excited about leveraging AI to replace manual processes.
- You are a "Driver" who finds solutions rather than just reporting problems.

Financial Literacy: You are comfortable with financial statements and managing a P&L.
