JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title
CINC Systems Expert – Configuration, Modules & Automation (HOA / Condo)

READ THIS FIRST
This role is for someone with deep, hands-on ownership of CINC Systems.
If your experience is limited to using CINC, assisting with setup, or following instructions created by someone else, do not apply.
We are specifically looking for someone who has built, configured, and owned multiple parts of CINC Systems in real HOA/Condo environments.

ROLE SUMMARY
We are hiring a CINC Systems expert with a deep understanding of how CINC works end-to-end. You will be responsible for configuring, improving, and supporting multiple CINC modules, automations, workflows, and reporting structures.
This is not a narrow role. You are expected to understand how different modules interact and how configuration decisions impact operations, accounting, boards, and homeowners.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
You will personally:
• Configure and maintain CINC Systems environments
• Set up, customize, and optimize multiple CINC modules, such as:
o Violations
o Work Orders / Maintenance
o Accounting-related workflows
o Owner & Board portals
o Vendors and services
o Reporting and dashboards
• Build and manage:
o Automation rules
o Triggers and workflows
o Custom fields and layouts
• Support system launches, migrations, and cleanups
• Create clear documentation for system logic and configuration
• Troubleshoot complex CINC issues independently
• Act as a senior internal resource before escalating to CINC support

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (Non-Negotiable)
You must clearly demonstrate all of the following:
• Direct, hands-on experience building inside CINC Systems
• Experience configuring multiple CINC modules, not just one
• Strong understanding of how CINC behaves across:
o Operations
o Accounting
o Compliance
o Board and homeowner workflows
• Ability to explain why configuration and automation decisions were made
• Comfort owning systems without step-by-step instructions
If you have only “helped,” “assisted,” or “supported” CINC work created by others, this role is not a fit.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should be prepared to:
• Submit a resume with their application
• Discuss systems they have personally built
• Explain automation decisions and tradeoffs
• Demonstrate ownership, not assistance
You will be asked to give real examples. General or vague answers will be disqualified.

WORKING CONIDTIONS
• Full-time remote, Independent Contractor
• Flexible EST-aligned hours
o Pre-launch: Flexible, provided deliverables and communication are met
o Post-launch: Expected overlap with standard business hours (9–5 or 10–6 EST)
• Occasional weekend work during launch phases
o Not frequent
o Communicated in advance
• Time tracking required (Hubstaff)

Must have:
• Personal computer used exclusively for work
• Backup computer, internet, and power
• Quiet, professional workspace

Compensation & Growth
• $9/hour starting rate
• Hourly rate increases based on performance and contribution
• Long-term contractor relationship intended
• Opportunity to help shape systems, processes, and your own role as Sliceo grows
This role is designed for someone looking for long-term stability and ownership, not short-term task work.

CONFIDENTIALITY
This role involves access to sensitive systems, internal strategy, and proprietary information. Strict confidentiality is required.

REQUIRED APPLICATION QUESTIONS
Applicants must answer the following:
Describe your hands-on experience with CINC Systems.

Include:
1. Which CINC modules you personally configured or built
2. One automation or workflow you owned end-to-end
3. A system decision you made and why you made it
4. How many years have you used CINC Systems?

***Applications without a resume or without clear ownership examples will not be reviewed.
