JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Client Intake & Customer Care Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. This individual will be responsible for answering incoming calls, conducting client intakes by collecting essential information (such as date of birth, location, and service needs), and providing general customer support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Conduct client intake by gathering necessary information, including personal details and service requirements.

Accurately enter and maintain client data in the system.

Provide general customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and directing calls to the appropriate department.

Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering high-quality service and professionalism.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding client information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or intake coordination is a plus.

Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Strong organizational and data entry skills with attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Proficiency in using computers, databases, and phone systems.
