### Key Responsibilities
**HR & Team Development**
* Assist the CEO in developing and implementing a manager training program tailored for the spa industry.
* Conduct bi-monthly one-on-one meetings with front desk staff and managers to promote professional growth and address operational concerns.
* Review and enhance career development tracks for receptionists and managers.
* Lead quarterly performance reviews for all front desk staff and managers.
* Collaborate in project performance reviews, including tracking milestones and outcomes.
**Strategic Communications & Project Management**
* Communicate major project announcements, updates, and evaluations on behalf of the CEO.
* Support project execution and help ensure follow-through and accountability across departments.
* Manage and enhance online reputation by reviewing customer feedback, drafting responses, and proposing service resolutions.
**Executive Support**
* Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and strategic planning needs.
* Conduct business research to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
* Assist in evaluating completed projects, including effectiveness, team performance, and client impact.
* Provide assistance on special projects and operational improvements across the organization.

### Qualifications
* 5–10 years of HR experience in an American business environment, preferably in multi-location operations.
* Proven experience in developing managers, leading teams, and implementing performance management systems.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; must be articulate, persuasive, and detail-oriented.
* Strong project management and organizational abilities.
* Demonstrated success in managing by objectives and driving results.
* High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and ability to handle confidential information.
* Background in wellness, hospitality, or service-based industries is a plus.
