CAD Designer / Civil and Structural Drafter

I am hiring a CAD Designer / Civil and Structural Drafter

Key Responsibilities:
• Create civil and structural drawings using Civil 3D and AutoCAD
• Produce site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, alignments, profiles, and cross sections
• Create structural plans, details, sections, and connection drawings
• Interpret sketches, markups, survey data, and engineering notes
• Build Civil 3D and AutoCAD templates from scratch
• Set up title blocks, layers, sheet layouts, and drawing standards
• Maintain organized project files and drawing revisions
• Make sure all drawings are clean, complete, and ready for review
• Flag unclear instructions before moving forward
• Coordinate with the client and project manager on active projects
• Help document drafting standards, file organization, and SOPs
