???? The Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist who can implement and manage comprehensive lead management and sales tracking systems. This role combines project management, CRM configuration, workflow automation, and business intelligence to create a seamless operational ecosystem.

???? What You'll Do

Design and implement a complete lead management system to track leads from generation through enrichment, sales, and delivery
Build territory and broker management workflows to organize sales opportunities by location and specialty
Create sales process tracking systems with contract management and payment tracking
Develop client relationship management processes to monitor long-term value and commission opportunities
Configure commission tracking systems with tiered structures and reporting
Implement task management workflows for research teams and sales staff
Design analytics dashboards that provide actionable business intelligence
Set up CRM and communication integration with proper compliance management
Document all processes with clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

???? Required Skills & Experience

Project Management Tool Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Upgrade to see actual info, ClickUp, Asana, or similar workflow management platforms
2+ years experience building business systems and workflows
Strong understanding of CRM principles and customer journey mapping
Data management skills with experience in CSV handling and database organization
Process documentation experience with ability to create clear SOPs
Analytical mindset with ability to design meaningful dashboards and reports
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and proactively identify solutions

???? Nice to Have

Experience with business brokerage, real estate, or lead generation industries
Knowledge of sales operations and commission structures
Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat, etc.)
Experience with compliance management systems
Background in business process optimization

???? Compensation
Starting at 60k per month with generous increases over time.

???? Hours
Full-time, 40 hours per week with flexibility
