We’re an Web3 startup on the brink of launching our flagship product—an integrated platform for issuing and managing CBDCs and Stablecoins backed by ESG Assets and Carbon Credits. As we move from build to launch, we’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Business Manager to work directly with the founders and help us scale.
This is a critical role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can operate across product, operations, and go-to-market functions. You'll help drive alignment across teams, support rollout activities, manage critical engagements, and ensure we hit key launch and growth milestones. If you're a natural problem solver who can turn ambiguity into action, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Work directly with the CEO to coordinate pre-launch and post-launch operations
• Manage and track progress across product, marketing, sales, and customer success functions
• Co-ordinate the execution of go-to-market activities including pilot programs, demos, onboarding, and early client feedback loops
• Assist in shaping product positioning, investor updates, and internal launch plans
• Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and tools to track KPIs and keep teams aligned
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (partners, advisors, vendors) to support business operations
• Own special projects related to scale-up strategy, partnerships, or product extensions
• Identify process gaps and implement systems to streamline execution as we grow
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in Web3 / Blockchain business operations, product management, or generalist roles in high-growth startups or tech companies
• Strong organizational and communication skills with an ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
• A structured thinker who can turn founder vision into actionable plans
• Comfortable with startup velocity, ambiguity, and shifting priorities
• Strong proficiency with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and basic data dashboards
• Familiarity with product development and go-to-market processes for software
Bonus Points
• Experience in financial services / Blockchain technology
• Exposure to product launches, early customer programs, or investor relations
• Background in consulting, venture building, or working directly with founders
