Responsibilities:
- Performance Analysis:
- Conduct weekly performance analyses, grading each employee on a scale from 0 to 100?sed on their efficiency and adherence to job responsibilities.
- Evaluate punctuality, attendance, reporting quality, and other key performance indicators.
- Assess the leadership and communication skills of managers, ensuring tasks are assigned and communicated effectively.
- Asana Management:
- Oversee the usage of the Asana platform, ensuring tasks are updated and tracked correctly.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of each employee’s job description within Asana.
- Reporting:
- Compile comprehensive weekly reports on the performance of each tea
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance analyses.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in performance management or operations management.
- Proficiency in using Asana or similar project management tools.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on enhancing productivity and efficiency.

- Proactive: Able to identify issues before they become problems and suggest practical solutions.
- Objective: Able to provide unbiased evaluations of tea
- Confidential: Must maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee performance data.
