JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of a team of 10-15 users on the Asana platform. They will ensure that every teaUpgrade to see actual infomber is efficiently utilizing the platform and adhering to their job descriptions. The role involves detailed monitoring and analysis of each individual’s performance, reporting directly to the business owner on a weekly basis.


Responsibilities:

- Performance Analysis:
- Conduct weekly performance analyses, grading each employee on a scale from 0 to 100?sed on their efficiency and adherence to job responsibilities.
- Evaluate punctuality, attendance, reporting quality, and other key performance indicators.
- Assess the leadership and communication skills of managers, ensuring tasks are assigned and communicated effectively.
- Asana Management:
- Oversee the usage of the Asana platform, ensuring tasks are updated and tracked correctly.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of each employee’s job description within Asana.
- Reporting:
- Compile comprehensive weekly reports on the performance of each teaUpgrade to see actual infomber.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance analyses.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in performance management or operations management.
- Proficiency in using Asana or similar project management tools.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on enhancing productivity and efficiency.

- Proactive: Able to identify issues before they become problems and suggest practical solutions.
- Objective: Able to provide unbiased evaluations of teaUpgrade to see actual infombers based on factual data.
- Confidential: Must maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee performance data.
