We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Processing Support Staff, responsible for managing a range of administrative tasks related to insurance processing. This role involves assisting with the processing and management of insurance policies, maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all tasks.

Responsibilities
Document Preparation and Management
Prepare pre-renewal
Chase and compile claims histories for existing clients to support the renewal process.
Report Creation
Generate new business and renewal reports once insurer terms are finalised by Account Managers.
Ensure all reports are accurate, compliant, and formatted to company standards.
Invoicing and Policy Management
Complete invoicing and policy closure tasks in Winbeat for all bound policies.
Maintain compliance with Australian insurance standards and internal procedures.
Requirements
Experience with Winbeat: Proven experience using Winbeat software for insurance processing and document management.
Australian Industry Experience: Previous experience working within the Australian insurance sector is mandatory.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of business insurance policies, terms, and processes.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and efficiency in managing data and documents.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
Organisational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
Desirable
Experience handling complex insurance documentation and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with other insurance-related systems or CRM software.
Software Proficiency
Winbeat: Advanced proficiency in insurance processing and invoicing.
Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook for reporting and communication.
Education
Qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Additional certification in insurance or risk management preferred.
