We are a growing UK-based residential surveying company working with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and conveyancing firms across the United Kingdom.
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to help us grow our network of referral partners and generate meetings with decision-makers in the UK property sector.
This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone confident on the phone, organised, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

The Role
Your primary objective will be to generate business development opportunities and arrange meetings for our Sales & Business Development Director.
You will:
* Research UK companies online using platforms such as
* Identify potential referral partners including:
* Estate agents
* Mortgage brokers
* Residential conveyancing firms
* Find key decision makers and contact details
* Build and manage a sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM
* Make outbound calls to businesses in the UK
* Introduce our company and generate interest
* Arrange appointments and meetings with decision makers
* Follow up prospects and maintain accurate CRM notes
* Occasionally onboard simple partnership opportunities directly
Requirements Essential Skills & Experience
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Strong and confident telephone manner
* Previous outbound calling or appointment setting experience
* Previous sales or business development experience
* Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems
* Strong computer and technology skills
* Ability to work independently and stay organised
* Professional attitude and strong attention to detail

You must have:
* A modern laptop or desktop computer capable of running multiple business systems smoothly
* Stable fibre internet connection
