Business Development Specialist - Philippines

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to launch and grow a new type of social network which is centered around trust.

This is a Hybrid contractual role for around 5-10 hours a week with flexibility needed.

Description:
In order to build our trust network, we first need to build a business that encourages transactions between numerous people within a closed community. This will allow us to integrate trust into the project as we expand.

The job here, is project based. We will ask you to come up with an idea to support this concept. Once this is agreed, the first paid project will be a week of research to test and analyse whether or not it can succeed. If it can, we will go to phase two and begin executing.

Requirements:
- 5 years+ experience in Business Development/Marketing
- Very good knowledge of Filipino Culture and Consumer/Business behavior
- Experience leading B2B sales and creating a pipeline from scratch
- Based within 2 hours driving from Manila
- Self-managed and entrepreneurial character, willing to pick up the phone and get things done
- Experience working with international companies
- Must be willing to travel.
