We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to help us grow by identifying and reaching out to potential customers.
Job Summary:
As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility is to contact businesses, introduce them to our products/services, and generate sales opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base by building relationships and setting up meetings for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential business clients from provided lead lists or self-researched prospects.
Introduce and explain our products/services, highlighting the value they bring to the client’s business.
Identify key decision-makers and gather relevant business information.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up on previous outreach efforts to nurture potential relationships.
Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development is preferred but not required.
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and keep a positive, results-driven mindset.
Organization: Strong time management and record-keeping skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, spreadsheets, and
