ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a founder-led, tech-enabled real estate platform with offices in North America and Manila. We operate at the intersection of real estate, construction, finance, and technology — supporting the US real estate industry across transactions ranging from $1M to $150M. Company name will be disclosed during the interview process.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to grow our client base across the US real estate industry. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients — developers, capital markets professionals, architects, and property owners — and you will represent our software solutions and tech-enabled platforms with professionalism and confidence. This is a premium sales role that requires strong communication, sharp follow-through, and the ability to move deals from first contact to signed agreement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Prospect and qualify new leads across the US real estate sector, including developers, capital markets professionals, architects, and owners
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone calls and emails — initiating conversations and building relationships with decision makers
• Run discovery calls and solution presentations to understand client needs and present the right offering
• Follow up consistently and strategically — managing a high-volume pipeline without letting deals go cold
• Assemble and submit proposals, pitch decks, and scopes of work in coordination with the Engagement Manager
• Track every lead, conversation, and deal stage inside the CRM and project management system — keeping records current and accurate at all times
• Report weekly pipeline status, conversion rates, and activity metrics to leadership
• Represent the brand at the level of a premium enterprise software provider — polished, responsive, and solution-oriented in every client interaction

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years of remote B2B sales experience with North American clients
• Demonstrated track record of closing deals — not just generating leads
• Experience selling software, SaaS platforms, or tech-enabled services strongly preferred
• Fluent English speaker with clear, professional verbal and written communication
• Comfortable working fully on US Eastern business hours
• Proficient in CRM and project management tools for pipeline management and reporting
• Able to work independently, manage your own schedule, and stay accountable to targets

QUALIFICATIONS
• Background in real estate, PropTech, construction technology, or financial services is a strong advantage
• Experience with outbound sales sequences — cold outreach, follow-up cadences, and multi-touch prospecting
• Comfortable assembling proposals and scopes of work from templates with limited supervision
• High emotional intelligence — you know how to read a client, adjust your tone, and build trust over time
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

TOOLS YOU WILL USE
• CRM platform (HubSpot or equivalent) — lead tracking, pipeline management, contact records

• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace — proposals, emails, and reporting
• Zoom and Google Meet — client calls and discovery sessions
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator — targeted outreach and network prospecting

WORK SETUP
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — BGC or Aseana City, Manila
Hours: US Eastern business hours required
Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives, based on experience
