We’re hiring a Business Development Representative in Latin America to drive new business from U.S. clients. If you know how to prospect, pitch, and close with American companies—and want the freedom and commission to match—we want you.
What You’ll Do
-Hunt high-value U.S. clients (market research firms, agencies, etc.) with a strategic “Dream 100” approach.
-Own the full sales cycle—outreach, pitch, close.
-Drive $20K+ in monthly revenue and smash your quotas.
-Build trust with U.S. clients as the face of Focus Insite.
-Contribute insights to help shape our growth strategy.
What You Bring
-3+ years of B2B sales experience with U.S. companies
-Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
-Fluent in English (Spanish/Portuguese a plus)
-Self-motivated, remote work discipline
-CRM-savvy (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
