JOB OVERVIEW

Blakely Brown is seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient research and drafting communication with our clients from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST and managing complex scheduling requirements and other admin tasks.

Position: Business Development Representative
Location: Remote (Must be available during Eastern Standard Time - EST)
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted E-shot (email marketing) campaigns to reach potential clients.
- Research and identify prospective companies and decision-makers using internal databases and external resources.
- Maintain and adhere to firm-specific contact lists, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines (e.g., firms not to e-shot, G-Level lists, and POC lists).
- Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) Team to optimize outreach strategies for top ENR-design firms.
- Track and analyze E-shot performance metrics, refining approaches to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Ensure CRM and lead tracking tools are up to date with accurate contact and outreach details.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts with company goals.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Preferably 1+ years of experience as Virtual Assistant (Administrative / Executive Assistant / etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to research and analyze target markets.
- DETAIL-ORIENTED with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- DUAL-MONITOR setup is a PLUS
