Position: Business Development Representative

What You’ll Do:

- Engage with a high volume of potential customers by making over 120+ outbound calls daily.
- Clearly and confidently communicate Conserva’s value propositions in fluent English.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads, submitting applications for our senior teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to refine and enhance outreach strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) is essential.
- Resilience & Positivity: You’re goal-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a high-energy environment.
- Organized & Self-Driven: Strong organizational and time-management skills to excel in a remote setting.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus—but we’re happy to train motivated individuals.
- Remote Readiness: A reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and the discipline to work remotely are musts.
