Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a pivotal member of our sales department, you will take ownership of the entire sales process, combining inbound and outbound strategies to identify, engage, and nurture potential customers. Your role will involve conducting effective sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing top-notch post-sale support. Responsibilities:

Inbound Sales

- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries, such as phone calls, emails, and website chat messages.
- Provide information, answer questions, and guide prospective customers through the sales process.

Prospecting and Lead Generation

- Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and industry events.
- Qualify leads to determine their level of interest, budget, and buying intent.

Sales Presentations

- Conduct product or service presentations tailored to the needs and preferences of prospective customers.
- Articulate the value proposition and benefits of the product or service.

Consultative Selling

- Understand the customer's pain points, challenges, and goals.
- Offer customized solutions that address the customer's specific needs.

Proposal and Contract Negotiation

- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients through Qwilr.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Closing Deals

- Use effective sales techniques to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Handle objections and overcome objections with persuasive communication.

Relationship Building

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

Sales Reporting

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM software.
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Market Research

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and tactics.

Customer Feedback

- Gather feedback from customers to improve products or services.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a full-cycle sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Hubspot and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of the promotional product industry and its market trends is a plus.
