Business Development Manger (Ideally with real estate experience)

We are looking for someone with a can do positive attitude with a love for selling and a people person with a strong work ethic.
The traits we are looking for in this role are as follows:

- Ability respond quickly and accurately to emails with a wonderful customer centric attitude using gmail, and ability to use G-suite and excel
- Exceptional follow up and sales skills and a strong negotiator and ability to close deals effectively and efficiently
- Sales focused and proven experience/ability to set appointments, generate new leads and onboard new customers/convert leads (phone calls, text, zoom, skype, microsoft teams etc.)
- Ability to work independently and with given timeframes/deadlines
- Ability to use canva/photoshop to create promotional materials
- Available from 7am - 3pm Philippines time for each day and/or as required for full-time or TBA for part-time or as required
- Organised, proactive, and professional in handling sensitive information
- Ability to read and type/translate Chinese and english highly regarded/preferred
- Fashion/garment/design knowledge and background highly regarded/preferred
- Real-estate or property management experience highly regarded/preferred
- IT/social media/SEO/website management/sales knowledge/background also highly regarded/preferred
- Previous experience using different sales programs and ability to execute and apply to this role
