We're a lean, high-performing team that values ownership, hustle, and results. As we scale, we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to own our client acquisition engine and grow alongside us.

The Opportunity

This is a full-cycle BD role where you'll own the entire client journey — from first outreach to signed agreement. You won't be handed a territory and forgotten. You'll have the tools, support, and autonomy to build a real pipeline and see direct financial rewards for your results.

What You'll Do

Drive new business through targeted outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, and other creative channels)
Identify US companies with permanent hiring needs in healthcare and emerging niche markets
Engage decision-makers — hiring managers, executives, HR leaders, and business owners
Book and conduct qualified discovery calls and client presentations
Present our recruitment solutions in a consultative, needs-based way
Manage your pipeline from first touch to signed client contract
Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure a seamless client handoff and strong experience post-signing
Track outreach, pipeline activity, and results in our CRM

What Success Looks Like

2+ qualified client meetings per week
2+ signed clients per month
Consistent, high-quality outbound activity and pipeline management

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
Experience in US market
Proven track record of outbound prospecting and closing new business
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Confidence engaging C-suite and senior-level decision-makers
Self-starter mentality — you manage your time, your pipeline, and your performance

Nice-to-haves:

Experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR services sales
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools
