Arising Academic Ventures Pte. Ltd. is a dedicated education consultancy helping students from the Philippines, Sri Lanka, India, and Uzbekistan pursue quality education in Singapore. We partner with reputable institutions and provide full support from admission guidance to visa processing and student settlement services. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to lead our sales and marketing operations, expand our market presence, and drive revenue growth.

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving student enrollments and expanding institutional partnerships. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, overseeing marketing campaigns, and building strong client relationships to position Arising Academic Ventures as a leading student consultancy in the region.

Sales Strategy & Business Expansion:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase student enrollments and partner collaborations.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and institutional partners.
• Generate and follow up on leads, converting prospects into successful enrollments.

Marketing Operations & Campaign Management:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute lead generation campaigns.
• Develop marketing materials and strategies tailored for the education consultancy sector.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO optimization.

Client & Partner Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and prospective students.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and webinars to promote educational opportunities.
• Act as the primary contact for key institutional partners, ensuring service excellence.

Operational & Performance Management:
• Oversee the sales pipeline and CRM system to track leads, progress, and conversions.
• Monitor and report sales and marketing KPIs, providing insights for improvement.
• Align sales and marketing strategies for consistent messaging and results.

Other:
• Familiarity with Singapore’s education system and international student processes is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet enrollment targets.
