JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering outsourcing and remote staffing solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients to generate new business opportunities within the outsourcing industry.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
Conduct discovery calls, introductory meetings, and client presentations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Present customized outsourcing solutions based on client needs.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Monitor sales pipelines, performance metrics, and CRM updates.
Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.

Qualifications
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the Remote Staffing, BPO, SaaS, or IT industry.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in client acquisition or business development roles.
Experience handling introductory calls and sales presentations with clients from the US, AU, or UK.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to confidently engage with senior-level decision-makers.
Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
