Location: Remote (Work from anywhere!)


Hours: ~40 hours/week (Eastern Time Zone)


Rate: Competitive, based on experience

We’re looking for a passionate Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, optimize outreach strategies, and contribute to our clients' success while collaborating with a dynamic and supportive team.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute outbound sales strategies


Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs)


Optimize outreach processes to improve lead generation and conversion rates


Track and analyze key sales performance metrics


Collaborate with leadership to refine sales playbooks and messaging


We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B sales and outbound business development


Strong leadership and coaching skills to guide SDRs


Excellent English communication skills for team, coaching, and eventually client engagements


Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
