Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our esteemed team. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and administrative proficiency to drive our growth and maintain our high standards of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation: Identify and onboard potential investors and clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients to generate leads and build relationships.
Administration: Perform general company administration tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information and track sales activities.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports directly to the directors, providing insights and updates on sales and administrative activities.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CET
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and business development within the real estate sector.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead-generation tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
