Trident Digital | Singapore
Full-time or Hybrid | Remote (Work from Home)
Working hours: Singapore hours (9am–6pm)
Salary: SGD 300 base + performance bonus (total est. SGD 500–1000 with commissions)

Trident Digital is looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team.

This role is focused on supporting our business development efforts—mainly through outreach and follow-ups.
You’ll work closely with our BD lead and the founder to keep conversations moving, opportunities organised, and leads warm.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. If you’re organised, proactive, and comfortable reaching out to people, you’ll do well here.

What You’ll Be Doing

Outreach (Core Focus)
- Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and other platforms
- Start conversations and build initial connections
- Follow structured outreach processes and scripts (with room to improve over time)

Follow-ups & Pipeline Management (Core Focus)
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
- Keep conversations active and moving forward
- Track outreach and responses clearly (CRM or internal trackers)

Sales Support
- Assist in preparing simple decks or proposals when needed
- Support the BD lead during client coordination
- Help ensure no leads are missed or dropped

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:
- Strong written English (clear, natural, not robotic)
- Comfortable reaching out to new people and starting conversations
- Organised and consistent with follow-ups
- Responsible and able to handle repetitive tasks well
- Willing to learn and improve quickly

Open to:
- Fresh grads
- 1–2 years experience
- Candidates from admin / sales / marketing backgrounds

Nice to have (not required):
- Experience in outreach, sales, or lead generation
- Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, or CRM tools
- Comfortable handling a high volume of messages daily
