JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a motivated Sales Associate with a knack for appointment setting and closing contracts? We're looking for a seasoned sales professional to help us grow our client base in apartment turnovers, post-construction cleaning, and janitorial services.

What You’ll Do:
-Identify and connect with property managers, building owners, and contractors (working from a leads list and your own research)
-Confidently set appointments and close service contracts (Goal: 5 appointment walk-ins per week)
-Contribute to the expansion of our cleaning/janitorial service network (Goal: close a minimum of 1 cleaning contract per week)
-Build strong, ongoing relationships with potential clients and our vendors

What We’re Looking For:
-At least 1 year of sales and appointment setting experience
-Preferred experience in the cleaning, janitorial, or facilities services industry
-Demonstrated ability to close B2B deals and service contracts
-Excellent communication skills and fluent English
-Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
-Experience using CRM tools is a plus
