JOB OVERVIEW

OCSC Global, a leading visa and immigration consultancy with over 33 years of experience, has a strong presence in Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, and the United States. We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Executive to drive our growth and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitive landscape.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
