I am seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in business setup, business credit building, and financial operations support. You will execute a structured, time-sensitive plan to establish, optimize, and monitor multiple business entities for credibility, vendor credit, and lender readiness.
This role requires precision, documentation, follow-through, and the ability to work with financial institutions, business directories, and credit bureaus. You must be comfortable following a playbook and tracking progress in a shared workspace.
Required Skills
• Business credit building experience (DUNS, Paydex, tradelines, NAV, eCredable)
• Business formation/compliance knowledge (LLCs, Registered Agent, SOS status)
• Experience setting up business phone systems and securing 411/directory listings
• Familiarity with business credit bureaus (Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, Equifax Business)
• Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills (tracking ADB, deposits, tasks, and documentation)
• High attention to detail and accuracy with matching data across multiple platforms
• Project/task management experience (ClickUp, Notion, Trello, or Asana)
• Comfort working with financial data and bank accounts (view-only access)
• Reliable communication & deadline management in a remote setting
