This role is suited to someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable asking questions to clarify requirements. You will work closely with project leads, developers, artists, and clients to make sure the team understands what needs to be built, why it matters, and how we will know when it is complete.

This is not just a documentation role. You will help improve how work moves through the team, support sprint planning, prepare requirements, and help make sure projects stay clear and manageable.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Gather and document requirements from client calls, internal meetings, notes, recordings, and project discussions
- Create clear user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and task breakdowns
- Help prepare Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or other project management tickets
- Map user flows, process flows, and basic workflows for web, VR, AR, and interactive projects
- Work with developers and designers to clarify what needs to be built
- Help identify gaps, risks, unclear requirements, and missing information
- Support sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and client showcase preparation
- Help maintain project documentation and internal wiki pages
- Assist with client-facing summaries, progress updates, and scope documentation
- Support QA by helping define expected behaviour and test scenarios

Essential

- Strong written English and communication skills
- Experience writing requirements, user stories, or acceptance criteria
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar
- Ability to break down vague ideas into clear tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with remote teams
- Ability to ask good questions and clarify unclear requirements

Preferred

- Experience working with software development teams
- Experience with UX/UI workflows, wireframes, or process mapping
- Experience with tools such as Miro, Figma, Notion, Confluence, Google Docs, or Microsoft Office
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, sprints, standups, showcases, and retrospectives
- Experience with web apps, SaaS products, VR, AR, 3D, or interactive projects
- Basic understanding of QA and testing processes

About You

- You are organised and comfortable managing details
- You can take messy notes or meeting discussions and turn them into clear documentation
- You are not afraid to ask questions when something does not make sense
- You think about the user, the client, and the development team
- You can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people
- You understand that good requirements help teams move faster
- You are comfortable working independently in a remote team

Bonus Experience

- Business analysis experience in software, digital, SaaS, XR, training, or creative technology projects
- Experience creating user journeys or workflow diagrams
- Experience supporting sprint planning or product delivery
- Experience working with developers, designers, artists, or technical teams
- Experience preparing documentation for client approval or internal delivery

What You’ll Get
- Exposure to real web, VR, AR, and interactive projects
- A hands-on role supporting software and immersive technology teams
- Direct collaboration with project leads, developers, and artists
- Opportunity to grow with an established XR studio
