We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and driven professional to join our team as a Linehaul Business Analyst & Deal Coordinator.
This role is NOT just another financial analyst position—it's an opportunity to be at the center of major business transactions in the Linehaul industry. The ideal candidate is someone who loves numbers, understands trucking logistics, thrives on problem-solving, and can confidently work with sellers, buyers, and banks to structure profitable deals.

What You’ll Be Doing:
???? Financial & Business Analysis
- Break down settlement statements to determine revenue sources, contract earnings, and fuel surcharge impacts.
- Accurately predict future revenue trends based on current operations, not outdated financials.
- Analyze profitability, costs, and business risks for potential buyers.
- Review payroll reports and correctly assign driver wages based on operational data.
???? Due Diligence & Risk Assessment
- Evaluate P&Ls, balance sheets, and payroll reports to ensure all financials are accurate.
- Identify red flags, hidden costs, or misreported earnings before structuring deals.
- Work with CPAs to obtain attestation letters for financial verification.
- Ensure buyer and seller documentation is complete and SBA-compliant.
???? SBA Loan Facilitation & Bank Coordination
- Serve as the key point of contact between our company and SBA lenders.
- Gather and submit tax returns, carved-out financials, settlement statements, and vehicle records for SBA approval.
- Work directly with underwriters and loan officers to push deals through financing.
- Troubleshoot common SBA loan issues and structure deals to meet bank requirements.
???? Operational Expertise & Business Structuring
- Understand Linehaul run types (dedicated, unassigned, solo, team) and how they impact earnings.
- Evaluate driver schedules, truck utilization, and maintenance costs.
- Advise buyers on business growth potential and contract modifications.
- Work closely with sellers to obtain critical business details.
???? Transaction Facilitation & Communication
- Coordinate between sellers, buyers, brokers, and banks to ensure deals close smoothly.
- Present structured, data-driven deal summaries for leadership review.
- Assist buyers in understanding contract transitions, financing, and risk factors.
- Ensure all due diligence requirements are met before finalizing transactions.

Required Qualifications:
???? Experience in financial analysis & business acquisitions (trucking, logistics, or FedEx preferred).
???? Strong proficiency in P&Ls, balance sheets, settlement statements, and payroll reports.
???? Ability to structure and facilitate SBA loan transactions.
???? Deep commitment to learning the Linehaul operations, route structures, and contractor requirements.
???? Experience working with CPAs, attorneys, and loan underwriters to close deals.
???? Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and financial modeling tools.
