Trainee Broker Support Virtual Assistant (Full-Time, Remote)

We are an established mortgage brokering business seeking a full-time Trainee Broker Support Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This is a remote role, ideal for a detail-oriented graduate or early-career professional who is eager to build a long-term career in finance and lending.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and submitting home loan applications
- Review client documents (payslips, tax returns, bank statements) for accuracy and completeness
- Liaise with clients via email and phone to gather information and follow up
- Join internal video calls as required
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure client files are kept accurate and up to date
- Support compliance checks and perform general administrative tasks

Requirements

- Degree qualified (preferred, but not essential – fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
-Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and follow structured processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Prior experience in finance, accounting, banking, or administration is an advantage, but not required
