What we do:
We specialize in video editing exclusively for real estate agents, tailoring our services to enhance property listing videos.
We are hiring a remote brand and research designer. At first, this position will be freelance on a per-project basis, and it will eventually become a part-time and then full-time position. successful candidate will be an organized go-getter with solid experience developing key insights. You will undertake qualitative and quantitative research on our new project across our client base to better understand their needs, contexts, and perspectives and their relationship with the various factors influencing their habits.
You Will:
Spearhead Design Research for our company and customer's brand identity
Putting an actionable plan based on research with phases
Build a presentation for upper management for approval.
Work on the design plan / Brand identity to complication.
Structure human-centered research and lead internal and partner teams through analysis of findings and insight development. Combine qualitative and quantitative research to generate actionable insights and connect insights to design and collaborate with teammates to create “must have” digital tools for our users. Define design elements for our brand to stand-out in a competitive market.
You must have:
5+ years of experience using human-centered practices to guide qualitative and quantitative research and design work from concepts to shipped and scaled experiences.
A proven ability to scope research, particularly brand foundation, define brand personality and voice. Ability to synthesize research findings and to uncover and articulate insights that will inform and inspire design. Ability to shape and lead strategic systems thinking based upon insights gathered through research.
Ability to work flexibly and efficiently, exercising a balance between research rigor and speed; we are looking for people who can maintain a high degree of rigor throughout, but who also experiment in their approach and methodology.
Deep understanding of user research best practices in a broad range of methods including: interview, contextual inquiry, usability, competitive analysis, survey, and behavioral/clickstream analysis. Able to analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information, triangulate data across multiple studies and present actionable insights and recommendations to the stakeholders.
